We require the following in order to be able to supply you with our Photo Booth service; We require the following in order to be able to supply you with our Photo Booth service;

  • Mains power supply (3-pin socket) – we can supply extension leads, please let us know how long.
  • An even ground surface to set up the Photo Booth and to make sure it’s sufficiently stable for no movement when in use.
  • Permission from the venue (in writing). We are happy to liaise with your venue to arrange access, if provided with a name & contact details.
  • Space for the Photo Booth, access will need to be vehicle friendly as we will be towing into position. The trailer measures approx. height 2.90m, width 2.65m and length 4.8m.
  • Payment of the £100.00 deposit is non-refundable, this secures your booking alongside our signed Booking Form, which means you agree to our T&C’s. Full payment is required 28 days prior to the date of the event.
  • Should you wish to cancel your booking (cancellations only accepted in writing – email is fine), the following cancellation terms apply; o 28 days or less prior to the event – no refund on any remaining fees paid after non-refundable deposit fee. The full balance of your event still remains payable. o Over 28 days prior to the event – no refund on non-refundable deposit fee, the remainder of event fee not payable.
  • All equipment remains the property of The Flash Filly at all times, a signed inventory will detail all hired equipment provided for the event(s), should any items be missing upon collection, these items value will be deducted from deposit.
  • In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfil our contracted obligations, our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event, or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start.
  • The Flash Filly will not be held responsible for speeches overrunning or electrical faults at the venue. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings.
  • All persons using The Flash Filly Photo Booth at the hirer’s event hereby give to The Flash Filly the right and permissions to use images taken at their event to be used on The Flash Filly’s website & social media pages for advertising and promotional purposes only.
  • We will not accept any threatening behaviour to our staff members, if this occurs, we will stop the use of the hire items and dismantle with no refund.
